November is all about Gratitude

This month, the annual Nature of Gratitude event is returning yet again to Tsunami Books in Eugene, OR on Sunday, November 12, and making its way to Corvallis, OR for its debut at the Corvallis Public Library on Wednesday, November 15. Featuring music and readings by an array of Oregonian creatives — including musicians Halie Loren, Beth Wood, Don Latarski, and Heather Hutton, as well as spoken word poetry by Jorah LaFleur and readings by authors Tom Titus, Eric Alan, and others — these events center themes of “gratitude” from complex perspectives… sometimes funny, sometimes gritty, often tender, and always deeply human.

For more information about each event, visit the Shows page.

After the Nature of Gratitude wraps up on November 12 in Eugene, there will be an evening concert event featuring two of its participants: Halie Loren and Beth Wood. These two singer-songwriters will perform a double-bill show on the Tsunami Books stage, sharing mostly original songs in a cozy listening room environment. For more info, and to purchase tickets for this concert, visit Halie’s Shows page or the event page at https://www.tsunamibooks.org/events-calendar/2023/beth-halie
