Once again, voters in the Eugene Weekly‘s annual Best of Eugene awards have voted Halie Loren as “Best Singer-Songwriter”! The EW’s annual BoE ballot enables the public to voice their opinions and pick their favorites in a variety of categories for Eugene, Oregon-area local businesses, artists, community services, public figures, cuisine, venues, and more.
