“Best Collection”, the new Halie Loren compilation CD just released in Japan by JVC/Victor Entertainment, has debuted at #1 on Billboard Japan’s jazz chart! The album, featuring songs from her various worldwide releases, hit online and physical music stores last week, quickly rocketed to #1 in Jazz on Amazon Japan, HMV, and iTunes. The week’s top sellers as recorded by Billboard Japan were announced last night. This is the second album of Loren’s that has debuted at #1 on Billboard Japan, following in the footsteps of last year’s studio release “Simply Love” (June 2013).
